New TeamHaven support packages
Need an extra hand setting-up and managing projects in TeamHaven?
One of TeamHaven’s experienced Account Managers can assist in advising project set-up as well as making the changes you require.
As well as one-off project management we now offer discounted monthly support packages, with no minimum duration, use TeamHaven’s support packages continually or on a short-term basis.
Perhaps you have a large project coming up and need additional resource or someone has left the business and you need help managing the projects in TeamHaven, whatever the reason, there is a package options to best suit your requirements and support your business.
Support package options
Packages are charged per month and shown are the number of Account Management hours included in your license.
What can I get help with?
Get help setting up or editing projects within TeamHaven. This includes creating new users, targets, questionnaires, reports etc.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with what you require where an Account Manager will be able to assist and make the changes you require within your TeamHaven account.
How many Account Management hours do we have left?
When subscribing to a package option you will get access to an online document detailing using 15-minute intervals how many hours have been used, what was done, who requested it, as well as how many management hours you have remaining for that month.
What if I need more help this month?
If you require more assistance than the hours included in your package this is possible.
Standard allows for an additional 5 hours charged at the same discount rate.
Premium allows for an additional 12 hours charged at the same discount rate.
After these additional hours, any extra support will be charged at £65 an hour.
What if I would like help on an ad hoc basis?
If you would prefer to not have a monthly package and only require help now and then, TeamHaven offers an Account Management fee of £65 per hour.
